Terms and Conditions
By reserving a tour online, over the phone, or via email correspondence, you agree to the terms set forth. Your payment and/or deposit with Timeless Tours, LLC, or any related organizations, serves as acknowledgment that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the services provided.
Cancellations
While we understand that unexpected situations can happen, there will be no refunds issued for cancellations.
Once reserved, we will try to accommodate rescheduling your booking for another date based on our fleet availability.
Deposit
Deposit (50% of total balance) is due at the time of booking and is nonrefundable.
Property Damages
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the company’s vehicles and or accessories caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. This responsibility includes but is not limited to: ensuring that while in any Timeless Tours LLC vehicle, there will be no smoking, no use of illegal drugs, and no behavior that is dangerous, out of control or that may compromise and put at risk lives or property.
Cleaning Fee
In order to keep our vehicles in top tier conditions, a cleaning fee will be charged if the following is discovered after transport services have been performed:
-discharge of bodily fluids
-excessive spills or messes
(Fee will be charged to the card on file - $200 for sedans & SUVs and $300 for Vans & Specialty Vehicles)
No Show Fee
A No Show fee will be billed at the rate quoted and agreed upon between Timeless Tours LLC and the client.
